Refunds and Returns

Refunds, returns & breakages policy

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
•  has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
•  is unsafe.
•  is significantly different from the sample or description.
•  doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Please keep your proof of purchase —e.g. your receipt.  We happily offer a 30-day exchange period from date of receipt. Any additional shipping and postage charges are your responsibility. 
Please return any items, carefully re-wrapped, to:

Do not send broken items. If your item/s arrive broken please email a photo of the broken good/s within seven (7) days of receipt to arrange a replacement or credit voucher. 
Breakages and delays disclaimer
Tooth and Nail will not take responsibility for any breakages after the order has been delivered in good condition. We are not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left our studio or due to any circumstances beyond our control.
